Comprehensive home transformation with rear and first floor extensions
Currently on site (2026)
This residential transformation project reconfigures both the ground and first floor layouts to better reflect the needs of modern family living. Originally, the living room served as a thoroughfare to the kitchen at the rear, compromising its potential as a private space. The redesign introduces a more secluded front room, enhancing comfort and usability. To the side, an under-utilised conservatory has been removed, making way for a rear extension that opens up the home with a spacious, contemporary kitchen and dining area—ideal for entertaining and everyday life.
Upstairs, the addition of a side extension allows for a new bedroom and a generous family bathroom. The existing layout has been thoughtfully reworked to create a master suite, offering a private retreat within the home. Altogether, the changes deliver a more functional, stylish, and future-ready living environment.
