We chose Charlotte to work on our ideas for a first floor extension on our house. From the initial free consultation and throughout the whole process, Charlotte listened to our ideas and what we wanted to achieve and made sure that they were reflected in the plans. We received planning permission on appeal to convert an outbuilding into a holiday let. All of our energy had gone into winning the appeal and suddenly we realised we needed a lot of work to create detailed plans for the build.

Charlotte was recommended to us, and she proved to be a calm and professional support throughout a stressful period. She drew up detailed plans, consulted with building control and introduced us to a structural engineer when we required more detailed calculations. When builders suggested different options, she stood her ground with her advice, and she was always at the end of a phone if the Building Control Officer was asking us things we didn’t know or understand.

We employed C. Morris Architecture & Associates for a small rear extension to our property. We have never employed anyone to carry out this type of work but we were very clear on what we wanted. We had purchased an older property that had a strange alleyway with no real purpose. The ground floor layout has now been extended and transformed into a lovely area for us to have friends round for a meal and better connections to existing spaces. We would recommend Charlotte as she listened to our requirements and also advised on a few minor issues regarding legal requirements.
