A single storey rear extension to a new build property.  The project requires the removal of a small glazed conservatory feature to enable a larger rear, open plan extension to the existing dining and kitchen spaces.  The new roof will overhang to provide solar shading whilst also including a strip rooflight to allow natural light back into the existing house.
