A garage conversion to provide much needed home-office accommodation for a growing business.  Level access was required through from the existing house, which meant that the garage floor slab had to be dug out to a greater depth exposing the original concrete retaining wall structure.  The was turned into a bench seat / storage feature within the conversion.
