This client had already gained planning approval for the conversion of an existing old out-building to provide holiday let accommodation within their property grounds  They required the necessary approvals from Building Control to convert this building in line with current regulations.

A visual and small intrusive inspection provided concerns and validated that the existing roof structure could not be retained.  Supporting plans and details were provided to Building Control to enable a successful completion of this building refurbishment.
