A single storey rear extension to a characterful end of terrace property in a rural location.  The project entailed the removal of a rather tired conservatory to enable a larger rear, open plan extension to the existing dining and kitchen spaces.  The clients were keen to retain as much of the charm of the original property as possible whilst dealing with many awkward roof profiles and letting in as much natural light into the depth of the existing house.  The property will also benefit from an air source heat pump.
